In 1958 Natalie Wood made Marjorie Morningstar along side Gene Kelly. It’s the story of Marjorie and Noel. Marjorie is a 20 something Jewish girl who goes to off to a theater Camp and meets Noel.
They begin an on and off again relationship throughout the years as both try to break into acting. While at camp she also meets a playwright named Wally. The three get entangled in a love triangle of sorts.
The movie follows these people as they try to break into the theater business and manage their love lives.
